Dear Migros
why have you changed the recipe for this traditional brand? It tastes much more artificial and is barely edible. I've loved this roulade since I was a child, but now I can't eat it any more. I realize that many people are like me.
Hello Mary_pj, thank you for your question. We are pleased that you have enjoyed this product since you were a child. The relevant specialist department has been informed of your request and they will monitor the customer reports closely and revise the recipe if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The user asks if the recipe has been adjusted and you provide such an answer?
Hello Magnoliapower, thank you for your question. There has been a customization here. As we understand Mary_pr, she is already aware of this adjustment and would like the old product back.Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are you planning to bring back the old raspberry roulade recipe? The new version is really disappointing and I can only agree with the many 1-star ratings.
Yes please!
Hello RIP_feineRoulade, thank you very much for your message. Our investigations are still ongoing. We will be in touch as soon as we receive a reply from the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, can you please clarify whether this article contains alcohol/ethanol? In my opinion, even a value of less than 0.5% means that alcohol is still present. Please also clarify which component and name corresponds to the alcohol/ethanol ingredient. Thank you in advance.
Hello tata17, the article contains ethanol in very small quantities. According to Swiss food legislation, the addition of alcohol (in the form of wine, brandy, etc.) must be declared in the list of ingredients. No additional specific mention is foreseen.
For foodstuffs containing more than 0.5% alcohol by mass, Migros voluntarily adds, for reasons of transparency, the mention "contains alcohol" and, for products potentially consumed by children, the mention "not suitable for children". We have been offering products containing alcohol for many years. The list of ingredients always clearly indicates whether alcohol is used and, if so, which type. Yours sincerely, the M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for your feedback. Unless I'm mistaken, the product in question doesn't list ethanol on the packaging. I think that many of us (consumers) would like to see products without even the slightest trace of alcohol/ethanol. Especially in foods intended for children, like this cake or your Merveilles!
I hope you'll share this feedback with your recipe/product development team.

And dear Migros? Has anything changed?
Hello MEV74, hello Dragonball, thank you very much for your patience. We apologize for the wait. Due to technical difficulties, the request got stuck with us. We are happy to confirm that there have been slight adjustments to the raspberry preparation. We hope this information is helpful to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, the ingredients in this product have changed. I wanted to ask whether the roulade still contains alcohol and in what quantity, and whether the roulade contains animal fats or similar. Thank you for your reply.
Hello Anhoc, thank you for the question. The ingredients of raspberry roulade have not changed in recent years. The roulade contains very small amounts (less than 0.5%) of alcohol (ethanol). These come into the product through alcohol-containing carrier substances from additives. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello M-Infoline. E471 is also listed in the list of ingredients. Is this of synthetic, vegetable or animal origin? If animal, from which animal? Many products have this E471, as I am a Muslim I am very interested in this question, as well as the situation with other products with this E number. Thank you very much for the quick and honest answer. greetings hanazana

Hello hanazana1 The emulsifier E 471 in the raspberry roulade is of vegetable origin. You can find more information on this topic on our leaflet "Additives of animal origin", which is available on the Migros website: http: //www.migros.ch/generation-m/de/essen-und-trinken/ernaehrungsweisen-und-unvertraeglichkeiten/vegetarier-veganer.htmlBest regards, your M-Infoline team
Unfortunately, the information sheet does not open. Can you send me a correct link or a PDF to my e-mail?
Hello Bubu81, what kind of leaflet are you referring to? The best way to find out is to contact the M-Infoline directly by email: m-infoline@migros.ch. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has the recipe been changed?
I have been buying the raspberry roulade for years and I liked it very much. This time I bought several roulades. The roulade with the expiration date of 01.02.13 was, as before, wonderful. The roulades with the expiration date of 03.02.13 taste different. They are darker in color and the dough is fluffier, but I don't like the taste. What's going wrong?
Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback. We have been making the raspberry roulade in exactly the same way for decades. Only the quantity produced is growing: we now produce around 31,000 pieces per month.
We have tested several retained samples and also bought and examined samples in the stores. However, we did not notice a darker color or a fluffier dough. The roulades all met our standard.
However, we will keep an eye on this and thank you for letting us know. If such irregularities occur more frequently, we will take the appropriate measures.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
