The new recipe is no longer edible even barely edible. It was my favorite product... I won't be buying this roulade again. What a pity!
It used to be the best raspberry roulade, the jam was perfectly measured out.
The sponge cake isn't as airy as it used to be. The jam is also too sweet, its taste is too pronounced, and the balance of the roulade is no longer respected.
It's a shame to have lost a recipe that was so good!
I hope they'll go back!
