Often burnt crust 😥 Hello dear team, I love this bread and WOULD buy it again and again, BUT unfortunately I don't understand why the crust (at least in the Dübendorf branch) is always burnt. I would love to post a photo, but I'm afraid that's not possible.
Hello again, where do you buy Hercules bread? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello We are very fond of this excellent bread. Would it be possible to offer it once or twice a week in the Le Locle assortment? Thank you!
Hello M-Infoline Will you be offering this bread for sale in your online shop?
Hello AuClanDestin, thank you very much for your inquiry. Please send your request directly to Migros Online. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is it still not working with the bread labels? The nutritional values are not printed on the label of this bread in 9500 Wil. Surely it can't be difficult to produce the same labels in all Migros stores? Please put the nutritional values on the bread too. Customers want to find out where they are, because they often shop spontaneously. Why can't this be done the same way throughout Switzerland...............
Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately you didn't quite answer my question. I had already bought the 410 g loaf, but unfortunately there are 2 slices and at least one of them dries out. If I buy a whole long loaf, I can put the bread on the slices. I hope that the Hercules will still be available as a small whole loaf.
Hello Sonnenschein13, thank you very much for your feedback. We understand your point about the two sections. We have already passed this input on to the specialist department. However, the large size helps the bread to develop its flavor. That's why bread thrives on its large size. Unfortunately, we are not planning a smaller loaf as the flavor would not develop immediately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The bread is very good, different sizes are also good. I hope there will also be small whole loaves in the future. It is difficult to cut with 2 slices and as a whole loaf it would have a crispier crust. How else can you prevent it from drying out with 2 slices? I don't want to wrap it up or anything.
Hi Sonnenschein13, I'm glad you like the bread so much. The bread thrives on its large size. This means it stays fresh for longer and can be kept for several days. There is an interesting article about Hercules Classico bread in Migros magazine, issue 28, p. 34. The bread is also available in a smaller 410 g vaiante. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Well-made bread can also be kept for a long time in a small, narrow form, and especially as whole bread (e.g. the German bakeries can do this, especially the Alnatura Konstanz bakeries!!!). So please, no more excuses like that. In addition, the large bread or the slices are totally doughy or have far too much soft inner part.
Hello indios, we know that you are never satisfied with our breads and that you see every one of our comments as an excuse. As you have told us, you have found a bread and a supplier that make you happy. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

It's a shame they are sliced loaves, a whole loaf is better and crispier. I would very much welcome it if a whole loaf were produced. Perhaps also in a lengthwise form?
Hello indios, thank you for your input. We offer many other breads whole and supplement our range with sliced bread. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why the hell can't you record everything when you put in a new product? The data is already known!

@infoline ...I didn't expect anything other than a reply like this, Coop is happy about new customers.

Exactly, that's what I did. 9500 Wil SG should have the bread, but unfortunately there's none to be found today! That's why I'm asking.
What a shame, another flour mixture. It's a shame that the bakers can no longer bake bread. I was in Alnatura in Constance yesterday and it was a pleasure to be able to buy fresh bread from the master bakers. The Migros bakers should be apprenticed there.
Hello indios, you can always ask the staff on site where a product has gone if the shelf is empty. We can't give you an answer to that. But you know that. On the subject of bread: we also offer all the ingredients for wonderful home-baked bread. Not everyone likes everything, and we are aware that we won't be able to convince you with our bread range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Every customer has the right to ask questions on the Infoline. Even those who ask a little more questions and are not so comfortable. I'm still appalled that I don't receive any feedback from the Infoline on the subject of bread, even if they are suggestions. I am simply being ignored. And that's not right towards a customer. I bake myself, but it's just a shame that the Migros bakery doesn't even make an effort to improve. As soon as we customers offer a little criticism or make suggestions, we are fobbed off with justifications. So next time I'll ask the staff (that I don't get an answer from you).
Hello indios, of course every customer can ask questions. But even there: the music makes the sound. And we often miss that with you. You think it's a shame that the Migros bakery doesn't try to meet your taste and recipe requirements - but many of our consumers like our bread. And we think it's a shame that you treat us the way you treat us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I write directly to the Infoline, for example, and make suggestions. And I don't get a reply there either. And that's not right.
Hello indios, we told you a long time ago that Migros Eastern Switzerland no longer provides information about bread. This applies to all channels. And since you mostly complain about the Wil branch, you will no longer receive any information about this. We are tired of reminding you of this fact on a regular basis. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Because I shop in 9500 Wil, it's also about 9500 Wil. It's terrible how you treat your customers. Too bad for you ....

Unfortunately, I have to agree with @indios on some points: ↵↵1. All too often you just make standard statements with the same "copy and paste" excuses, it's really annoying.↵↵2. I have a Migros with a local bakery, in the last few years you've not only halved the bread range, but also thrown out breads that were selling very well, I was also extremely annoyed at the time because of your "lame excuses". ↵↵3 You have also been promising for years that you will reduce the sugar content, I'm still waiting for it with iced tea, there would be some "see links" that would buy it if it only had half the sugar in it, less is more.↵↵4 For now, "I'm done" 😠 If I think of something else to complain about, I'll add it occasionally!!! ↵↵https://produkte.migros.ch/ice-tea-lotusblueten↵↵https://produkte.migros.ch/bio-kult-ice-tea-alpenkraeuter-ch↵↵https://produkte.migros.ch/kult-ice-tea-ananas-kokos↵↵https://produkte.migros.ch/kult-ice-tea-hagebutte-hibiskus↵↵https://produkte.migros.ch/kult-ice-tea-zitrone-120299100000↵↵https://produkte.migros.ch/kult-ice-tea-berry-rhubarb↵
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your opinion on this conversation. As your feedback has little to do with the product shown here, we would ask you to open a thread for your topics in the forum if you would like to discuss them with us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
