Top sourdough bread! At the upper price limit.
A very good bread, unfortunately it is often burnt on the outside in our store and the crust is therefore not edible. Too bad for the price
Horribly black and bitter crust, the inside resembles absorbent cotton, taste OK, somewhat sweet (malt?) Not enough rye flour. It is not sourdough bread. Sourdough is only added as a spice. This bread is airy thanks to yeast.
I don't understand the delighted comments. What else do people eat?
And why is there no real Valais bread in Migros stores (BE)?
