Good but crust is far too soft.

The bread is delicious, with an intense flavor. Unfortunately, the cut is approximate and the weight is sometimes less than indicated on the packaging (fixed price). It would be better to introduce a price-by-weight system to avoid unpleasant surprises.
The bread is like home-baked
I eat a lot of this genuine sourdough rye bread, with its airy crumb and crispy crust. Keeps well and if it's not possible anymore, it goes in soup or pieces of this Bread for fondue and cheese crusts is great. It's easy to digest and couldn't be better for transit.

Unfortunately, the quality is sometimes a little variable, it has flour residue in the bread or is too moist.
The main problem, however, is that it rises somewhat randomly (?), sometimes it has such deep cracks that it falls apart into pieces when you cut it open... So you always have to search around until you find a good one.
