How should I understand the content of 1m2? For me, that would be a dimension of 100cm x 100cm. Is that correct? Can you tell me how high this turf is? I would like to use turf for a tub (100cm x 100cm, 10cm high). I will hardly be able to get enough turf soil under the turf. Or would it be enough if I just put the turf in the tub? Won't the turf then have enough space for the roots? The tub with the turf is intended as a place for a cat to lie down. Bettina Brunner
Hello Ciroka, The size of the turf rolls is 250 cm * 40 cm = 1 m² (l*w). The rolls are supplied with approx. 1 cm of soil and 3 - 4 cm of turf. For the lawn to develop well, it needs at least 8 - 10 cm of soil. With good care, the roots need approx. 3 - 4 weeks to take root/grow into the soil. Your Migros specialist store team
