The product meets our expectations and is thriving. However, we were not satisfied with the delivery. We made a special phone call to point out that we live on a tricky narrow street with bus and one-way traffic. On the phone, they promised to take this into account and use a smaller vehicle. On the day of delivery, a large truck from a logistics company arrived about half an hour late without prior consultation and simply drove into this spot (probably blind faith in the navigation system!), blocked the road and even touched a neighbor's fence while maneuvering. Luckily there was no bus on the road at the time and little other traffic.
Fast and timely delivery. A little dry, but easy to cut for repairing areas in the lawn. Thanks to good weather (lots of sun and lots of rain), the lawn is thriving.

Delivery as agreed, top customer service from the supplier/producer. Negative: the delivered turf was already very dry, as 24-48 had already passed since the harvest, it really had to be laid on the same day. The pallet on which the rolls are delivered is very large (not a standard pallet) and has no room in a car trunk for disposal. Suggestion: The forwarder should take the pallet back with him (reuse it if necessary).
