You know this from home cooking, when you add a pinch of sugar to savory dishes to get a rounder taste. Alternatively, we also offer salmon without marinade, which you can marinate yourself. I am furious - the description says without skin! But the product is WITH skin! And the weight is not correct at all. The packaging says 0.159 kg, but I've just unpacked it and weighed it - it's just under 0.145 kg (with skin!) I feel cheated as a customer!

So the skin weighed another 35 grams. So the pure product was only 110 grams!!! So: The package says 159 grams without the skin, but with the skin it's 145 grams and without the skin it's 110 grams. So I feel so ............. Lot number L-17070037739758 1123

Hello indios, thank you for your patience. The description on https://www.migros.ch/de/product/251200351700 is unfortunately incorrect - the product is always with skin. Please excuse this faux pas. We have initiated the correction immediately. The weight issue is difficult to assess from a distance. Especially with marinated products, marinade is often still stuck to the packaging. You would therefore have to weigh the weight including the packaging and then deduct the tare for the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I cannot accept this answer or justification! You have made a mistake and I have paid for it. So own up to it or accommodate the customer. Anything else is unacceptable.
