The chauffeur doesn't work for free... There could still be a surcharge for small quantities, but this would result in complaints that a surcharge would be charged for small quantities. The demand would probably not be as high either.

I understand the problem of the lowest earner, but it also affects all individual households and annoys me too! Especially because it's not as if delivery would be free for CHF 99.00.
