The delivery service has long been called migros online and no longer LeShop and the minimum order value is CHF 99.
The whole thing is difficult to understand: first Migros uses the Amigos campaign to lure fewer mobile customers to buy online from practically zero francs. Then, almost 2 years ago, it is scrapped again under the argument that it has developed into a commercial shopping platform and that this contradicts the social idea of Migros .... - OK - the argument is accepted - but if such an argument is used to cancel the Amigos project, why doesn't Migros make a replacement solution so that there is no "contradiction to the social idea of Migros"?
Don't forget the delivery costs, with a 99.- purchase 7.90 is added, saving that alone is worth it for me to go shopping. If you were to order 10 times a year, you would have 80 less in your wallet, which is a lot for some people.
I order at least 50 times a year and delivery doesn't cost 3 (with a subscription). It's very worthwhile for me/us as a family of 4.

I don't know if this is an option for you, but Aldi now also has an online store: https://www.aldi-now.ch/de/sogehts There the minimum order value is 50 Fr., delivery costs from 9.90 Fr. (the higher the order amount, the lower the delivery costs).
Hello Maus69 Thank you for opening this topic. We understand that the minimum amount of CHF 99 is not suitable for every household. However, in view of the logistics costs we incur for online orders (order preparation, packaging, transportation), we have to set this minimum value for an order. That's the only reason why I've never ordered online from Migros. A minimum order value of 50 francs would be ideal for me/us and would encourage us to order from time to time. It's a shame that Migros doesn't meet this customer need. Especially because some interesting products that would be available online are not even available in stores in our region.

The chauffeur doesn't work for free... There could still be a surcharge for small quantities, but this would result in complaints that a surcharge would be charged for small quantities. The demand would probably not be as high either.
