What exactly is so great about this vegetable? How and what is it used for? What is the closest comparison? Please help the clueless and less courageous ;-)
i would describe it as 1/3 cucumber and 2/3 courgette. a bit like a romanesco - a mixture of two vegetables. raw it tastes more like cucumber, cooked more like courgette. in terms of shape it looks like a beef tomato, just green or yellow. i personally think it's really tasty. 😊
