The "Tea Time" brand teas have been missing almost everywhere for more than 2 months. Have they been discontinued? Or when will they be available again? Most of the varieties were very good and reasonably priced.

Hello Bodenseeknusperli, thank you for your inquiry. We have discontinued the "Tea Time" brand and revised the packaging concept. The majority of our articles are now assigned to the "M-Budget" brand and are available in the classic M-Budget packaging design. Our aim with this change is to improve the recognizability and price level structure on the shelf for our customers. The items will be available in Migros stores from this week, but it is not easy for us to announce that we have not included Tea Time The Original, 107042900000 in the changeover. Instead of two fruit teas (Tea Time The Original and Tea Time Fruit Tea), which had minimal differences in terms of content, we decided to focus on one variety and are now offering M-Budget Fruit Tea with an improved recipe (article number 1070.351). Best regards, Alex
Another of our family's favorite products has now been lost with the discontinuation of Tea Time Original, our lunch tea. I can't even begin to list them all. I'm slowly losing my "Migros child".
I agree with all the previous speakers. Migros Budget fruit tea is not even close to being an alternative to my much-loved orange tea. I've been drinking it by the liter for more than ten years and "exported" it in large quantities after moving to Canada. Today, after landing in Switzerland, the first thing I wanted to do was stock up on tea again - and I was shocked to see that it was no longer on the shelves. Please, dear Migros, pass this request on to your product team and bring the orange tea back in under any name/brand. I'm sure the sales figures will speak for themselves.
Hi rambler, thank you very much for your inquiry. We regret that you can no longer find your favorite tea in our stores. We have indeed discontinued the "Tea Time" brand and revised the packaging concept. The teas have now been assigned to the "M-Budget" brand and are available in the classic M-Budget packaging design. Our aim with this change is to improve the recognizability and price range structure on the shelves for our customers. The items are expected to be available in Migros stores from calendar week 41. Kind regards, Lea
Really annoying. The popular varieties are out and countless foreign trend brands. I miss the Fantastic Orange!

It's really bad what Migros is doing. This is yet another product for us that is disappearing from the range. The justifications are hypocritical and dishonest. Just be honest: Migros now only wants to increase its profits!
As a previous speaker has already mentioned: my inner Migros child is dwindling more and more :(.
It sounds as if the same product is now simply being sold in M-Budget packaging. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There is just another uninspired fruit tea blend. My favourite tea "Fantastic Orange" used to be. With the above reasoning, Migros shows how stupid it thinks its customers are. The consulting firm McKinsey, which is responsible for such decisions, underestimates the long-term customer loyalty through popular products and Migros' own brands. Migros will lose customers massively as a result.
I can fully endorse this!
Not like this, dear Migros!
Orange tea belongs back in the range immediately!!!
I and my family miss the tea too. It was fantastic. It's a shame that Migros is cutting popular items and trying to fob off customers with new M-Budget products. Standardizing the product ranges certainly makes sense, but then please incorporate all products into the new logo and don't throw out popular items.

It would be nice if something like this were communicated in good time ...

But I can't find this fantastic original strawberry raspberry in the m Budget range, unfortunately, and that was my children's favorite tea...

THAT was the best! And I'm not talking about Fantastic Berries, which now runs under M-Budget. No, also Fantastic Original! It was our family's favorite tea for years! My mom and I loved it and drank it all the time in autumn and winter. We were good consumers of this tea!

Dear Migros, I also miss the "Fantastic Orange" from Tea Time, which they have removed from the range without replacement. I can buy the standard budget fruit tea, especially rosehip, anywhere and it tastes just as bad as PrixGarantie and other competitors. I look forward to hearing that the orange tea or an equivalent replacement product will soon be back in your range. Yours sincerely
