The "Tea Time" brand teas have been missing almost everywhere for more than 2 months. Have they been discontinued? Or when will they be available again? Most of the varieties were very good and reasonably priced.

Hi Occo13, thank you very much for your message. We regret that we were not able to convince you with the M-Budget fruit tea. There is no successor to Tea Time Fantastic Orange - in other words, this product has effectively been discontinued. There is currently no 1:1 alternative. Before the changeover in the tea sector, we had two fruit teas in our range, each with the name "Tea Time The Original" and "Tea Time Fruit Tea". These two products had minimal differences in terms of content, so we decided to focus on one variety when revising the range. The successor product is therefore the M-Budget fruit tea. We have of course informed the relevant specialist department of your feedback, especially as you really like the orange-flavoured tea. We are sorry not to have more positive news for you at the moment. Kind regards, Lea
It would be great if Tea Time Fantastic Original (not Fantastic Berries) were to return... This has been my and my mom's standard drink in fall and winter for several years. Also chilled in summer as iced tea. We loved it very much...
Hi rambler, thank you very much for your inquiry. We regret that you can no longer find your favorite tea in our stores. We have indeed discontinued the "Tea Time" brand and revised the packaging concept. The teas have now been assigned to the "M-Budget" brand and are available in the classic M-Budget packaging design. Our aim with this change is to improve the recognizability and price range structure on the shelves for our customers. The items are expected to be available in Migros stores from calendar week 41. Kind regards, Lea
In the case of articles that change packaging or line (M-Budget), it would be desirable if Migros also made this known to its customers. After all, it collects enough information with the cumulus system to know who has bought the teas regularly in the past. I also missed the Tea Time teas.

Hello mybluefish, thank you for your message. We regret that you can no longer find your favorite tea variety in our stores ☹. In fact, there is no successor to Tea Time Fantastic Orange - in other words, this item has effectively been discontinued. There is currently no 1:1 alternative. We're sorry not to have more positive news for you. We have of course informed the responsible department about your feedback on how to communicate product changes better. Kind regards, Lea

Unfortunately, the fruit tea of the new M Budget line corresponds to the former fruit tea and not to the fantastic orange (note also that the content of a tea bag contains only 1.75 g and no longer 2 g of tea).

Hello Domaso, thank you for your inquiry. The fruit tea now has a lower weight, but the price has also been reduced. Best regards, Alex

It's not directly due to the lower weight, especially that this no longer corresponds to Fantastic Orange tea. I don't like the new blend. I now buy tea from Aldi.
Ok. The packaging change fits in with Migros' current business practices. Migros electronics is picking up, SportX is picking up and now the tea packaging is also changing. A company in upheaval.

Unfortunately, the taste of the tea is no longer the same as it was under the old line. Very regrettable. I now need 2 bags instead of one
It sounds as if the same product is now simply being sold in M-Budget packaging. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There is just another uninspired fruit tea blend. My favourite tea "Fantastic Orange" used to be. With the above reasoning, Migros shows how stupid it thinks its customers are. The consulting firm McKinsey, which is responsible for such decisions, underestimates the long-term customer loyalty through popular products and Migros' own brands. Migros will lose customers massively as a result.
Unfortunately, I also noticed with irritation that not only the packaging has changed but also my beloved orange-flavored tea has disappeared. This makes it easier to simply make secret adjustments.....

Hello Zwottel, unfortunately I have to inform you that we have removed the "Orange" tea variety from our range. Our team has revised the "Tea Time" brand and integrated most of the items into the M-Budget range. Unfortunately, however, not the Tea Time Fantastic Orange. I am currently unable to offer you an orange-flavored alternative. Kind regards, Susi
