Raclette spices always contain salt. Sometimes even up to 25% Why? I don't want salt on my raclette cheese, I want some tasty herbs. What do you think, dear community?

I also think that you don't need to add salt to cheese that is already salty. I always mix my own raclette seasoning. I use pepper, nutmeg, paprika and sometimes onion or garlic powder. I make the hot version with chili flakes.

Yes, salt is a permanent problem at Migros (and not only at Migros). There is far too much salt in most products. Why doesn't Migros leave it up to the customers to decide whether they want to add more salt, because unfortunately the reverse is not possible!!!

The same with sugar, Migros loves sugar, everywhere. Even in new products. And it always reports the opposite in the media. What a scam............
i definitely agree!!! cheese is definitely salty enough, nobody wants extra salt. that's why we never have raclette seasoning from migros at home. the best raclette seasoning is available from hausmann's, especially the one with truffles (i think) is particularly good. 🤭 buy online or at globus.
Sorry but the answer is so unnecessary every time, well then make your own bread and yogurt and clothes and shoes and car and everything if you want something special or have a need. you want potatoes on sale? Go directly to the farmer. Or better - do it yourself in the garden. Don't always talk yourself out of responsibility (do it yourself) but face up to a topic, otherwise why are you here, think about it for a moment😉
Bodenseeknusperli, I understand your point. But if there is no raclette seasoning without salt, it's a good idea to mix it yourself quickly. Most of the time you already have the basic spices at home anyway and mixing them together takes less than 2 minutes. And if you're making a large quantity, it's sure to keep for a year. And I'm not saying that if you don't like the alcohol in Generoso, make it yourself😊.

There used to be a raclette seasoning, always without salt, from other suppliers too. In my opinion, this should actually be logical.

Hello everyone, for those of you who prefer to buy it, you can find this product without salt here: https://www.migros.ch/en/product/106305800000?context=instore. I hope you enjoy the start of the raclette season. Best regards, Chloe

Salt, and unfortunately also sugar, is a cheap filler. Weight goes up, price too. Even if the product itself does not have the actual value of the price... Chicken breast is also plumped up with water to make it heavier and thus more expensive to sell. As is so often the case, the customer is the one who suffers... As so often senseless...
