Is the M classic beef sausage no longer in the range?
Just briefly: Merguez and similar sausages are not normally eaten raw, but roasted. And on the grill it can quickly reach well over 150 °C...I personally avoid nitrite curing salts for the sake of my health. That doesn't mean that you have to do the same (o;
What a pity! I tried the product for the first time in December 1991 and have bought it regularly ever since. However, I've been looking for it in various Migros stores - even outside Zurich - for a few weeks now, but in vain. I always hoped that it was only temporarily sold out and would return to the range. I - and I'm sure many others - would be delighted if you could offer it again.
