I couldn't agree more. I work right above a Coop store and always made a special trip to Migros to shop so I could buy lactose-free cottage cheese there, because the one from Coop (Züger) is so awful. Now I can save myself the trouble.
Züger cottage cheese is way too dehydrated and turns into mush. I use cottage cheese quite often in my blender as a base for cooking or baking. With the new recipe, that's hardly possible because it's so mushy that it clogs up the blender.
Well, at least you'll definitely solve your capacity bottlenecks if no one buys it anymore :D

It's funny that so many people in Germany love Züger cottage cheese and that it's available at Lidl Germany... and also at other retailers. But in Switzerland, it's criticized... I'm always amazed by the discrepancy between Migros reviews and other reviews at other retailers.
I tried the new Züger cottage cheese and think it's delicious... I personally like it.
