If you've been a diabetic for a while, you've become a nutritionist yourself But now there will be a flood, because diabetics are now being talked about everywhere And I've known people for years who didn't know they had sugar, I myself have a few more problems, liver, stomach bleeding, operations until I can't go any more, and that's why I have to pay special attention to what I eat. In other words, a tightrope walk like no other Sorry, it has nothing to do with Thena, but there are diabetics who don't just have that Greetings Rolf
@rolf Dear Rolf, do you know okra? Google these are pods that originally came from Africa. However, they have almost been invading Arab countries, Turkey, America, etc. .... They mucilage and thus protect the stomach. They taste wonderful with lamb, potato, tomato (everything in the pot). Bread, flatbread, rice can be eaten with them if you like. Delicious when fresh, especially when cooked over a tin or frozen (Arabic store...) * sorry back to the topic *
Gladly :-) I just got it fresh here a few days ago during the vacations and it's very special, but delicious. Lamb, beef, chicken, everything is possible without meat. They have a subtle taste. They take out acidity (tomatoes) I put them in lemon water (vinegar water, frying briefly also works) after carefully cleaning them (there are different varieties). This removes the mucus. They can be left like this for 1 hour, and they don't turn brown at the edges. I wash them again before they are cooked (20 min, a little firm to the bite, longer they disintegrate - both are possible). Ragou meat, tomato 500g, onion, shallot, green onion (I had 2 of the latter) I even cooked 3-4 lemon peels with it - it wasn't too sour. Garlic half a bottle of wine, or stock (vegetable or meat doesn't matter) sea salt pepper if possible some hot chili possible and various Arabic, Turkish, Greek etc spices... some use coriander...
Good day, Leger ok But in general the articles should be findable, I ask employees, they search first etc. But at least that is taken into consideration I also looked at articles according to Migro for diabetics, it says sugar-free, no additives, and at the end sweeteners? Hmm ok Have a nice week, and Migro is the best there is!!! Keep it up, I am otherwise very satisfied, employees top!!! Greetings Rolf
