They are not completely sugar-free, but the Légère vanilla and cocoa ice creams have less sugar (6g per 100g), at least compared to other ice creams.

The fruit ice sorbets are also sugar-free, but they simply contain fruit sugar, which is not ideal in your case.

Otherwise, make your own: Puree natural yogurt or quark with a few frozen fruits/berries. You should be able to estimate roughly how much fruit you are "allowed" to eat as a diabetic, so you can adjust accordingly.

Edit: "Frozen Power" protein ice cream has recently become available in larger Coop stores; this contains only approx. 2.5g sugar per 100g in the vanilla or nougat varieties, for example.
You can find out in which Coop stores in Switzerland it is available on the product website. :-)

The following applies to all three: 10 g of usable carbohydrates are contained in 250 ml of product.



As mentioned by Sandy_Ha, the Fruit Ice is sweetened with fruit juice concentrates. We would therefore not recommend it.

Yes, yes... the selection used to be a lot bigger... I remember the Léger vanilla-strawberry ice cream cups, the Léger lemon cups, but also the beloved WWW mocha ice cream cups and WW latte macchiato sticks from Coop... Please expand more here again, dear Migros!

Very few products for diabetics
There needs to be a rethink
Many of my comrades would shop much more at Migros
And not just a few!

There used to be so many varieties of Léger ice cream: vanilla-strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, mocha, straccatella, lemon sorbet.......
The world was still delicious then! I really miss them too.
And Migros keeps saying that it didn't work. I'm convinced that if they were all still in the range, sales would be very high!
So please Migros, take these wonderful products back into the range!

But at least that is taken into consideration
I also looked at articles according to Migro for diabetics, it says sugar-free, no additives, and at the end sweeteners?
