I often shop at the Leshop, for about 250 Fr., and am usually satisfied because the chauffeurs are nice and helpful. Of course I tip them, but I always wonder how much is customary here. I don't know much about delivery services. What do you think? Maybe 10% like in a restaurant, or would that be inappropriate?

Thanks for thinking along @Frederica and @AlMiDeCoLi and for the hint with the product reviews. You're right @Frederica: there really does seem to be a problem. Our technicians are already looking into it.
However, the posts in the forum are not affected by this problem. After the blocking of @schneebaer47 on Friday (March 24), no more comments were made in the forum under this name.

In my opinion, I would also give about 5-10 francs for such a great service.
But I don't think more is necessary.
But the driver is certainly happy about any additional attention.
A piece of cake or a coffee that you just have at home will also make him happy.
