I often shop at the Leshop, for about 250 Fr., and am usually satisfied because the chauffeurs are nice and helpful. Of course I tip them, but I always wonder how much is customary here. I don't know much about delivery services. What do you think? Maybe 10% like in a restaurant, or would that be inappropriate?
25 francs tip? That makes me want to be a chauffeur after such a day trip? In my opinion, nobody needs to have a guilty conscience if they don't tip a routine service. If they did, as a chauffeur I would be very happy with five francs. As a customer, I wouldn't go beyond that.
It can be assumed that there is no precise rule in this case. The tip here is due to your goodwill. It is therefore entirely up to you how much you tip.
In restaurants, tipping is no longer customary. However, tipping voluntarily is.
Tipping is also voluntary with chauffeurs/delivery services - but certainly not 10%.

As chauffeurs and service staff often earn rather poorly, I think that's very nice of you. I would make it dependent on my salary. I earn very little and would therefore give 5. The chauffeur is happy and a coffee is included. If I earned more, I would definitely give 25 for good service.

tipping in Switzerland is a sensitive issue. As a general rule, tipping is included. Of course I like to round up in restaurants, but only on a small scale and only if the service was friendly (mistakes can happen).
If you have more, you can give more and if you have less, you shouldn't be judged if you can't give anything. But what I don't think is ok is the attitude that you have to give something to the service staff etc. because they don't earn much anyway. There are countless professionals who work in the background, often under even worse conditions, and they usually have no chance of getting a tip.
But I think 25 is massively too high and I wouldn't give it in a restaurant either.

The drivers really go the extra mile. Even if not everything always works out (broken yogurts, missing products, wrong time, etc.), the friendly drivers are always very willing to help.
