Why is a cup of Royal coffee more expensive in Eastern Switzerland than in Bern?

Warum ist eine Tasse Royal Kaffee in der Ostschweiz teurer als in Bern ???

However, I am not waiting for an answer in the sense of another area.... :-((

It's the same coffee from the same cups and the same machines.

In Berne, the 10-person subscription costs CHF 28 and is the same as the stamp card (500 points for 10 purchases)

In St. Gallen, an 11-coffee subscription costs CHF 33 and is advertised with the argument: 1 coffee free - i.e. CHF 33 divided by 11 = CHF 3 per coffee in the subscription

WHY this difference for a product that is advertised throughout Switzerland (excluding Ticino) with the same arguments ? Not really logical !

LOVE MIGROS ! My request: Sell 10-pack subscriptions for CHF 28 in Eastern Switzerland too !!!

Hello everyone

I have been in contact with the people responsible at Migros Aare, where the coffee card is sold three times a year as a special offer for 28 instead of 33, and has been for years. This coffee card (written on the back) can only be redeemed at Migros Aare. The coffee voucher booklet from the Migros Cooperative is sold in Migros Aare, as in the other cooperatives, for 33. This includes 11 vouchers.

I hope I have been able to clarify the matter. I wish you all happy holidays! Kind regards, Nicole

Thank you @Nicole_Migrosforthe clarifications!
However, the matter was already very progessively advertised at the checkout in Migros Bern near the Käfigturm ;-) and then again on the table display no time restriction was visible ....
But what would have happened now if I had complied with the insistence at the checkout and bought such a coffee booklet and then everything would have been worthless in Eastern Switzerland, because somewhere on the back of the same-looking receipt (I didn't notice any difference) something was printed on the back that could only be read with a magnifying glass ....
Consumed a cup of Royal coffee at Migros in Bern for CHF 28.... and that was it.... ???

Hello @Tessin

In this case, you could send the coffee card (even if you have already started) to Migros Aare and the remaining amount would then be refunded to you in the form of a gift card. Kind regards, Nicole
