Why is the Urdinkel Farmerbrot no longer listed here? Because I complained too much, was it simply removed? It also tastes different than before, has the recipe been changed?

Hello indios, thank you for your contribution. This is a regional product, so it's best to ask directly at the store. Otherwise, please let us know the relevant cooperative. Best regards, Luisa
@M-InfolineDoyou even read the questions properly? @indios asked why the bread is no longer listed here (on Migipedia), as you had to put up with some criticism there. Not where it is available.
Hello @indios
The original spelt farmer's bread has been replaced by the "from the region" original spelt farmer's bread. These two breads cannot be compared 1:1. The CoR original spelt farmer's bread consists of pure spelt flour, wholemeal flour and a high proportion of original spelt meal. To retain the moisture and achieve an airy crumb, a scald is added to the bread, which also improves the taste.
Kind regards,
Angela
Thanks for the information. It tastes good. But a little too sweet. There could be less sugar.

I am generally disappointed with what Migros is doing "with disposing of products", I also miss the good breads that were still available 2 to 3 years ago, the current bread assortment is "today" only about half as large, too bad 😢

The Urfarmer bread with item no. 1114.556 (Südostschweiz) I would be interested to know what justifies the price of 5.10? Even if it used to be a good bread, the 4.50 it used to cost was already too much for me back then. A small note about the bread, in the Gäuggeli it is packaged in a white and green bag and also labelled ADR. Could the bread also be listed on your website with nutritional values etc.? Thank you.

Hello rollimaus, thank you for your inquiry. I can well understand your disappointment about the increase. The current market conditions are currently presenting us with a challenge. The cost of procuring raw materials and packaging materials has risen, as has the cost of production and transportation - even though we source the original spelt flour we use from the region. These circumstances have an impact on expenses that we can no longer bear ourselves. We are of course continuing to monitor the situation closely. As soon as the situation calms down, we will re-examine the calculations. I hope our efforts are in your interest. Kind regards, Tabea

I also miss the original spelt farmer's bread in Migros Aare. According to the store, it is no longer listed. Absolutely incomprehensible. If you didn't buy it in time, it was always sold out by the afternoon. So it can't have been due to demand....... Please list it again, dear Migros Aare. It's the only bread that really tastes good and doesn't get dry and hard after 3 days!
