Dear Migros
I've seen toilet paper from friends in Germany that doesn't need a roll of cardboard. I think that makes a lot of sense because, firstly, there is no waste and, secondly, there is more paper on the individual roll. Wouldn't that be something for us...?

well... I would say (write) that this is an innovative thing... it would certainly save a large amount of cardboard, and therefore also wood... because if you don't need the cardboard rolls for handicrafts, you throw them into the old cardboard anyway... So I think it would be very good if there were both...
I've never seen toilet paper like this on the shelf, otherwise I would have bought it. Nor have I seen any advertising for it. However, I think that consumer awareness has changed in recent years and that a product like this could be more popular today in the wake of the climate debate... However, I would find it fitting if it were also recycled paper!
I would have bought this toilet paper too if I had seen it somewhere, or at least the advertisement for it...
There is such a glut of new products that interesting articles get lost in the masses. This week alone, 43 new products. Plus 1,430 promotions. Even if the paper was then advertised again through a promotion (which is not certain), it is lost.
A 10-second video (as shown above) is much more memorable.
And consumers are still supposed to keep track of things (with so many new products and promotions)? ?
Here are a few more impressions of the "good old days" ... the advertising for toilet paper shouldn't be that long after all ...?

and here again a video about the coreless toilet paper for all those interested... I think it's a great idea!?

Thanks @Migiblitz, especially for the first video. That was the 50th birthday of Migros. Do you also have something from the 40th birthday (1965) ? Back then, the advertising slogan was "Twenty years young twice", with a young couple on the poster in the shop windows. I can't find it anymore. Many thanks in advance!
Hello everyone, we had a toilet paper like this about two years ago. Unfortunately, the product was not very popular, which is why we have removed it from our range. There are no plans to offer the item again in the near future. However, those responsible will consider this input when the range is next revised.
Kind regards, Heidi
Dear Migros I would also be very happy if you had toilet paper without a cardboard roll in your range. Resp. if I had known that this used to be the case with you, I would definitely have bought it back then. Because at the moment you can really only find Zewa without a roll in Swiss stores and I find it quite expensive (4 rolls at Müller CHF 4.95, I haven't seen larger packaging anywhere in Switzerland) and I'm also a fan of more than 3 layers. That's why I think it would be great if you would tackle such a product again and I (and hopefully many others) would then also notice it. Because if you were to offer it again, I would definitely buy it.
