I would be interested in how the products taste as I want to avoid as many animal products as possible (for ethical and ecological reasons), but I'm afraid to do so because I don't want to buy a big pack only to realize that I don't like it at all... could you do more test runs or perhaps offer small trial packs? Food waste should also be avoided....
Aujaaa, it was already a topic with new vegan meat products (can't find it in the search anymore) whether you could offer small trial versions (instead of two large sausages a chipolata) in a package if a few things are new at once. But there was nothing. I hope Migros discusses this again. If I don't like it, I have less trouble changing it and mixing it in so that I can use it to the end and never have food waste. But I understand if others don't like it and are so resistant to it that you have to throw it away, and it makes you very sorry to afford something so expensive, and then it's no good. Although I'll be honest, Migro vegan in the fresh food aisle is usually so-so, I don't try anything new, although the Lidl (such a line in green packaging, they now have their own section in the chiller cabinet) has never been a mistake. Falafel isn't so dry, or the pre-fried vegan mince from Lidl - it's just like the real thing, suuuper.

That's true (although Coop has already overtaken Migros in many respects). Coop and Lidl have the best vegetarian/vegan products; I've tried quite a few. I don't think the Migros products are such a hit; only the "chicken" from planted is great, but it's not from Migros but from planted and is only sold there (Coop also included it in its range, or did so much earlier than Migros).

But V-love would "only" be vegetarian, not vegan, because the title says vegan, maybe that's why I asked more precisely, even if it would have been clear when reading through the post. Sorry, it's just thrown in there (btw, more animals die with egg alternatives because more egg-laying chickens are needed for the amount of substitute meat)
Right.... Rügenwalder does a lot with eggs, but these are not caged chickens but free-range, I think there are more "bad" eggs in cheap pasta than in veggie products. I don't understand why Migros still sells so many cheap eggs from poor husbandry! I've switched to Demeter eggs (at coop), it costs more but it's definitely worth it!
Ohh absolute agreement and I am convinced that even people with little money (me) would buy animal welfare pasta for 10 centimes more, if it is really covered for them. But until then the customer has to solve it himself, but doing without is always a hassle, it would be nice if it were made easier, then more people would do it.
Doing without is just a hassle today because people are always overdoing it.... I have cut back a lot for a long time and don't need much to be satisfied and by the way, doing without is very satisfying for animal welfare! :-)

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a product test in the cheese substitute area. But it's always worth checking back. Cheese tastings in the store are usually possible at the cheese counter. Is that really your answer? So, do you really read the texts beforehand? - Cheese counter, meat counter, practically non-existent and where is there vegan food to try? A product test where not a single ml has been pulled in 6 years and anyway what's the point, it's not the solution to the problem😂
