While shopping, I noticed that Migros Unterentfelden only sells asparagus tips in jars and tins from China. After watching a 3Sat film about products from China, I lost my appetite because of the hygienic reasons and the excessive use of poisonous fertilizers. I wonder whether Migros is not able / willing to offer asparagus tips from "the region"?

@Traberli - hoi, I support your post 100%! At least we know from Germany that fungicides and pesticides don't contaminate the soil... Asparagus tips from Switzerland would of course be better - Migros, we also have asparagus in Switzerland. I am convinced that customers would buy these asparagus - it would be worth a try!
Hello tickerschweiz and Traberli Once again about the asparagus tips: We are constantly reviewing procurement from alternative sources/countries. If the price-performance ratio of the products is convincing, items from Europe (possibly Germany) may well make it into the final selection.
