I have been buying Selina cat food for many years. The range has always been reduced and is now no longer available. No one in the store could tell me exactly whether it is no longer available or whether it has just been repackaged.

Hello monalisa13, I understand that you would have liked to have been informed accordingly. However, we assume that many of our customers tend to overlook article tasks in the mass of other everyday information. As this all costs money, we have so far done without it. However, we are aware that we still have potential in this respect. About the Selina Cat Delights: You can find these snacks with the identical recipe under M-Budget. The products will be available from next week. Kind regards, Sina
hello Sina, thank you for your feedback, but it doesn't cost anything to send information by e-mail, as the M spends a lot more money otherwise. Best regards Brigitta
Hello Twinpalms, thank you for your message. We are now offering Cat Delights under M-Budget. The products are not yet visible online - as soon as they are online, you can check availability online. Best regards, Luisa
Our cat loves the Selina soups, the Bern and Olten region would take anything. Unfortunately, Felix's are not well received by her. greetings susanne
And anyway, someone has to take the products out online when they fly out. You could put a "gone soon" on these products a week or two in advance, after the decision has been made, and copy them into an info sheet with one click. If you take into account the time spent by the sales assistants on site who have to ask - go to the warehouse - phone - clarify, umpteen times: MIGROS what does it cost more? Or is an office worker's 5 minutes of work time worth more than hundreds of minutes spent by those on the front line? How annoying it is to have to clarify stuff all the time, sorry... and in the end you're the stupid one again because the wrong information comes through from the office - delivery interruption instead of being kicked out. And the customer is annoyed again. Customers don't have to be annoyed. And in this case - you could stock up and slowly wean Büseli onto a different food. We know how long they can go on hunger strike if it doesn't suit them. And you normally run to the store on Saturday evenings just before closing time for the pets😂 PS: I also have the feeling that you are not discussing the topic internally at all, but whoever answers here from the team just says yes and copy paste and that's it.
I also looked for the Selinasticks for a long time and nobody knew about them. I don't think it's the fault of the staff at the front, they still make the effort and go and check. If the information doesn't get to the front desk, it's not their fault and they get the full brunt of the customer's anger. It's not nice either. That's why it would be important to inform the customer by email or Facebook, just as it works with callbacks. Incidentally, after throwing out cat litter, I have now also arrived at the specialist retailer with selinar litter. Too bad, too bad Migros.
Today in a Migros store in the canton of Aargau: The employee had no idea what was going on with the Selina Multi-Vitamin Paste (with malt). All employees are trained... Customer-friendly looks different. What a shame... That's how you get rid of your customers.

Hello Wuffli, thank you for the message. Unfortunately, the demand for Selina products has declined. For this reason, we have decided to discontinue these items from our range. We are aware that with such decisions we are disappointing customers who were happy to buy these products for their pets. Such decisions are not easy for us either, as we too had hoped for more from these items. Space on the shelves is limited. Our job is to constantly review the selection and its attractiveness and adjust it if necessary. This allows us to create space for new products and variations. We do not currently have a 1:1 alternative to the multivitamin paste in our range. However, we are constantly adapting our range to the latest needs and trends. The honest feedback from our valued customers serves as valuable information, which we try to integrate as best as possible into the adjustments to the range. We have also passed on your experience to our colleagues at Migros Genossenschaft Aare. Kind regards, Matteo
Hello kagulu, thank you very much for your contribution. Unfortunately, we no longer have Selina cat food in our range. I understand that this decision disappoints customers who liked to buy this food for their pets. There are still a few remaining stocks, if you let me know where you buy it, I will be happy to check for you. We recommend the products from Exelcat, for example, as successor products. If you tell me which food your cat liked best, I will be happy to find an alternative item for you. Best regards, Chloe
That is a great pity, especially the sticks were good, without sugar....
