I am looking for the cheese made from quark "Quäse" anywhere in Switzerland. It has hardly any fat and a very high protein content. Wouldn't it be a great fit for your "You-Line"?

There are currently no plans to offer Quäse or to expand our cheese range to include other varieties. However, those responsible will be happy to take your input to the next meeting.
