Good day
I am looking for the cheese made from quark "Quäse" anywhere in Switzerland. It has hardly any fat and a very high protein content. Wouldn't it be a great fit for your "You-Line"?
Thank you in advance for checking out my idea :-)

I've never tried this brand because I didn't understand its purpose: it's next to the "normal" and "store-bought" Quäse brands in the neighboring country, but somehow twice as expensive. I wonder why it hasn't disappeared from the shelves there long ago. Quäse remains Quäse and is made from fat-free whey - of course it's a pure lump of protein.
Why does Migros offer this of all things? Marketing, Marketing....
@ Kurumi: I'm not questioning the point of such cheese. I'll just stop buying it in Migros and go back to buying Harzerkäse supermarket brand in Germany when I'm there again...
It's a real shame that the product I've been waiting for here for so long tastes so strange...
Hello everyone
We have asked again. This type of cheese was tested in larger groups, including the Quäse. The Harzinger cheese, which we chose, scored best in the tastings. We're sorry you didn't like it. We are currently trying this product and will monitor the situation.
Best regards

Hello Tamara,
May I ask in general how such tastings are carried out? Specifically: how are the test subjects selected and what criteria are used to carry out the gustatory assessment? What personal data is collected and how are external influencing factors taken into account? What does the research design look like - is it a blind tasting?
Many thanks and best regards
A matter of taste. I have also tried the new HARZINGER protein cheese and am delighted.
It's made from sour milk quark and therefore doesn't taste like a full-fat Brie. But that's the way it should be, isn't it? It is a high-protein, low-fat and low-calorie cheese that is very versatile.
I am excited about the new protein cheese! Wouldn't it be possible for it to be on the shelves in smaller stores (MM) as well?
Hello @Kurumi, thank you very much for your feedback. Tastings are carried out in a larger group of tasters. They are professionally supervised. Unfortunately, I can't give you any more detailed information about the tasting process. Kind regards, Richi

Hello everyone,
I've also tried quark before, but I don't really like it! I've tried all sorts of things and experimented a lot with quark. After a long search, I found a good recipe for making low-fat quark. You cansee the recipe here. Anyway, I get my daily portion of protein this way and the special thing is that it tastes really good!
