Thank you @andreachrista! The Gudbrandsdalen is unfortunately not in stock at Smil right now. I wonder if it's available at Ikea, even if it's not listed online? They have a lot more in store than is listed on the website:https://m2.ikea.com/ch/fr/cat/pains-et-produits-laitiers-25212/. They would probably also know best where you can get the cheese (by phone). LeShop would of course be great (I'm currently putting away a delivery).
Thank you @Cinderella1925 for your contribution! I'm not mobile, so I only order online. Unfortunately, IKEA doesn't ship its groceries. It's not a Norwegian store, but maybe the Swedes have something similar! I'm sure Smil will be restocking soon.

Smil doesn't just have one variety. Two more are available (Ekte Geitost and Brunost). I couldn't tell a big difference.

On the Smil website you can find 'Tine Echter Ziegenkäse (Ekte Geitost)' made from pure goat milk at about the same price, while Gudbrandsdalen is made from mixed cow/goat milk.

The comment is a bit late, I know. I like this "cheese" too. A friend once brought it back from Denmark, where it is also popular. It was once added to the Migros range, but unfortunately didn't find enough fans and was taken out again. At Migros City in Zurich, the saleswoman at the cheese counter kindly offered to order the cheese for me. Maybe you should ask at your local Migros too? @Federwolke: I think it's rather biased to write "fie deibel" when you've never tried it. Besides, there are also strange specialties in Mediterranean cuisine, e.g. Casu Marzu cheese with maggots.....
