As already mentioned, this is a regional product that is managed in the GM Zurich and Lucerne. The Eastern Switzerland cooperative has forwarded this internally to the dairy. As this is the first customer request for this product, they will not be introducing it in the foreseeable future as there is hardly any demand.

I'm not quite sure if we're talking at cross purposes? You're also talking about Gudbrandsdalen cheese and that it's not available in Eastern Switzerland, right? Otherwise, I would be happy to clarify this further.

I suspect @Bodenseeknusperli is going in a different direction: The CoR offer you mentioned only ever takes place in your own M cooperative, so CoR products from Eastern Switzerland are only available in the branches in GR, SG, RTG AI, AR, SH and Eastern Zurich. However, there should be campaign weeks during which CoR products from other regions are also available on the shelves.
The Zurich cooperative, for example, has already had campaign weeks with products from Ticino. I don't know whether these are products from CoR producers.
At any rate, that's my understanding of Bodenseeknusperli's suggestion, and I think it's a good one.
