Migusto also thinks that cauliflower is more than just a side dish? There are two recipes for it on www.migusto.ch, not cauliflower rice, but also with the vegetable as a carbohydrate substitute:
-Cauliflower Coucous
-Cauliflower pizza
If you don't have a cutter at home, the cauliflower can also be grated into "rice/couscous" using a cheese grater.

Hi Marina, I've been with Migusto pretty much since the beginning :) I actually just wanted to say it as a supplement because I think the recipes on the packets are great, e.g. on the original spelt flour because original spelt shouldn't be processed like wheat if you want really great results :)

Dr Dave, I work part-time, have a family, do the housework and still make a point of cooking fresh. Firstly, you can also plan and cook in advance and secondly, with a little bit of planning, the kitchen doesn't have to look like a battlefield just because you're cooking more than just warming a tin. But everyone can do as they please as long as they are happy. I always look forward to new suggestions, you always look forward to new ready meals, we can both find something at Migros, isn't that great?
