Hello Luisa, that sounds good! LG Giuseppe

I think pasta variations would be really great too. I'd especially like to see fresh pasta more often. Distorted sauces in the traditional style of different countries would be a hit. I've been looking for organic varieties like this for a long time, other stores also offer combination packs, but unfortunately with bland ingredients and flavor enhancers.
Hello praianog, thank you very much for your feedback. We have gladly taken your input on board for our next product range. Whether a product is actually launched depends on many factors. The process is very complex and can sometimes take up to a year or longer. I ask for your patience. Kind regards, Tabea

Hi Tabea, I would also think it would be great if the product was included in the range. LG

Hello everyone, thank you very much for your feedback. I have gladly taken this on board so that our specialist department can take it into account in further planning. I can't promise anything, but we are still open to your wishes and suggestions. Kind regards, Tabea
What is actually so special about Garofalo pasta (apart from the expensive price)? I also buy it from time to time, but it tastes exactly the same as the budget pasta, for example.

Hello smartcoyote, thank you for your contribution. Garofalo is different to M-Budget in terms of production and recipe. The pasta differs in the drying process, for example. With Garofalo, the process is gentler and slower (comparable to the fermentation of bread). The degree of grinding of the wheat is also finer. Garofalo is a so-called bronze pasta (rough surface) and IGP certified (origin-related). This is different with M-Budget. The water content is higher due to less drying and the degree of grinding is coarser. Kind regards, Chloe
