Realignment of M-Classic

Neuausrichtung M-Classic

I have noticed that the M-Classic brand seems to have been given a new direction. Since it has been given a new logo and a different packaging design, more and more new products have been appearing under this brand, some of which are merging with other brands. For example, there is now also toilet paper under M-Classic, and a foot cream, which is therefore not under PEDIC. What's more, former M-Budget products are now apparently being sold under M-Classic. I think it's about time Migros explained either here or in the Migros magazine what this new strategy is all about and where it wants to go with M-Classic. It has become absolutely confusing and confusing.

was on Saturday by the responsible store manager once again chewed out I told him tough then I'll just get it in the Coop and also the vice is nothing better just nagging, moreover, he has with another guy (was dressed in civilian clothes possibly again such a worthless type of manhunt from the region), well, behave even if shoplifter defends himself, that there was massive bang and tearing up the very young man so some have noticed including customers.

Hello Nachtspalter, as you have correctly observed, we are constantly optimizing our range based on customer feedback and changes in the market. The packaging and product range of M-Classic have been revised since the beginning of 2019. These measures were continuously accompanied in 2019 by editorial articles in Migros Magazine and weekly advertisements in our own and third-party press. The changes are intended to make it easier for customers to find their way around the shelves so that they can easily find the desired product in the corresponding price range in all assortments. The M-Classic toilet paper is new and is not derived from the M-Budget product. On the other hand, we have integrated two Bellena products into the M-Classic line. We have not taken over any articles from Pedic for the M-Classic line. In the Personal Care area, however, various Bellena and M-Budget products have been transferred to M-Classic. I hope this information is helpful to you. Best regards, Sina

Hello Sina Thank you very much for your comments, but I still can't understand why the whole thing is being done. I find a bitter lemon drink under M-Classic rather out of place, just like toilet paper under this brand. I also don't think it's right that M-Budget products have been and are being transferred to M-Classic, as the green line is an important product line for many people and offers a good overview of the range, which cannot be said of the new M-Classic design; not least because the color scheme of some products is so unfortunate that the logo is barely recognizable.

From the point of view of those responsible, these measures may be optimal, but for me as a customer it means a further step away from Migros to other providers, where I don't see myself plagued by such measures. Best regards Nachtspalter

Since more than half of this original reply was probably not published due to a system error, I have decided to delete the entire post.

Migros has been hiding for a long time . Even press conferences and annual reports in the Migros magazine are no longer published. Migros systematically avoids everything. So Migros belongs to the people by simply not informing them Migros appears to be more than it is

Hello Traberli, I'm sorry, I made a mistake. We have only included one Bellena product in the M-Classic line: The foot cream: https://produkte.migros.ch/m-classic-fusscreme. And we have added a new M-Classic product: https://produkte.migros.ch/m-classic-fusscreme-10urea. Unfortunately, we no longer offer Bellena's day creams because they have hardly caught on. The same goes for the night cream. Alternatives are: https://produkte.migros.ch/i-am-face-tagescreme-normhaut https://produkte.migros.ch/i-am-face-tagescreme-trock-ha https://produkte.migros.ch/i-am-face-nachtcreme-norm-hau I hope you like the alternatives and have a nice day. Best regards, Sina

Crap because of allergies I have to test first ☹️ ↵I was so happy to have found something really good. ↵I would have bought some more if I had known. ↵That annoys me, why can't you communicate that? ↵List products that disappear? ↵↵I will now have to search again. 😭

Integrated into Classic by Bellena!!! It would be nice. My beloved shampoo is no longer the same! Integrating doesn't mean you have to change the formula, does it?

I'm starting to lose track of things too... I somehow have the feeling that new/improved products are being launched faster and faster, that (for me) tried and tested/good products are disappearing/being taken out of the range, etc. As a customer, I feel a bit like a guinea pig. A la back and forth... I'm slowly but surely losing track of everything. I wonder if this isn't deliberate on Migros' part...
