Dear Migros, what has happened to the Molfina tampons with applicator? They seem to have disappeared from the range. I think it's a great pity if this is the case. Do I now have to buy the much more expensive Tampax tampons, or are you just planning a rebranding? Thank you very much.
I completely agree with you, or rather I share your opinion.
"If a customer asks about a product, you can at least keep the sales staff up to date so that they can provide information!"
The employees never know anything, I've always asked about something, their only answer is "unfortunately I don't know"... I think Migros deliberately keeps its employees in the dark. Because if they tell customers all the information about product settings etc., then they will buy the products that will soon disappear from the range and not the products that Migros wants to push afterwards...
"I understand your desire for comprehensive communication of article tasks, but this involves a great deal of administrative work, which is not free."
Could you please list what exactly falls under this large administrative effort? Then I could better understand Migros' argument. So far, I can't see how comprehensive communication of article tasks should represent a major administrative effort; especially not in this day and age with social media (app, Migipedia, etc.), apart from the fact that the Migros magazine is published every week, for example, it could also be communicated there - if you want to communicate it at all (unfortunately, I suspect that Migros deliberately/consciously does not communicate these article tasks)...
"Since we are all already exposed to a large amount of information in our everyday lives and no longer actively perceive much of it, the question arises as to the extent to which such communication makes sense. In order to be able to offer the best possible price-performance ratio, we try to avoid unnecessary costs. This includes costs for communication that is hardly noticed."
Advertising, for example, really annoys me, I don't like it at all - no matter how well it's done. I don't consider the communication of article tasks to be a large amount of information that I would no longer actively perceive. On the contrary, that's exactly what I would take notice of all the more, that's exactly what interests me as a consumer (I'm not interested in stupid advertising at all, I decide for myself what I want to buy and what I don't, and not what a company wants to talk me into by means of marketing). I understand that you want to avoid unnecessary costs. However, I think Migros is making things a bit too easy for itself when it says that this includes costs for communication that is hardly noticed. Why don't you give it a try and communicate this for 3-6 months, for example? As a pilot test. Then we'll see whether consumers really don't actively notice it... I think Migros already knows the result; this communication is very well perceived actively, Migros simply doesn't want to do it, but is constantly trying to get away with such excuses...
I'm sorry to be so harsh on Migros, but I'm a critical consumer and Migros is happy to prove me wrong. So far, however, I've only seen excuses that I somehow can't take too seriously...

Hello Migros, I would just like to mention that I am registered here because I am so annoyed that the Molfinas have simply disappeared. There must have been x number of customers who were annoyed, but who didn't bother to get in touch with a response. What I'm trying to say is that I'm convinced that there would be enough buyers to produce the product again. It seems to be a Migros product, at least that's what it says on the packaging. So it must have an influence if customers ask for it in the store. Sometimes products are produced again due to high demand. How high should the demand be? How can you write directly to the manufacturer Molfina? It would simply be worthwhile because so many points are better than with tampax, for example. Can Migros not respond and put pressure on them? I hope for an answer, thank you.
Can someone explain to me what the difference is between normal tampons and tampons with an applicator? Or why is the one with the applicator better than the other?
"I never saw the point that Migros doesn't WANT that, ..."
=> I never initially saw it as Migros not wanting this either, but the longer the more I get the uneasy feeling, or rather it seems to me that Migros really doesn't want this...
"... there must be something behind it."
=> that's how I see it too
""Too expensive/too much effort" I say no. From the moment product XY is decided somewhere, you make a note, add the product to a list which can be called up online. Three clicks of effort. Clear a small mini section in the magazine somewhere in a corner and insert it there. That's it. That's all you need. Migros would cause so much less annoyance and would also improve customer loyalty. If you keep bringing out manias that are immensely expensive, to say minimum the product name CopyPaste where to insert ib your list is too expensive, is almost a bit mocking."
=> I completely agree, and aptly formulated, there's no better way to put it!
"Too much advertising anyway" YES, advertising. Promotions here, novelties there, play Grill Mi there, Grillitarians there, join in, test, look, do it. Inspiration, information, we praise each other and hey do you know us? That's how it feels online, in the app with the sidescroller. I don't want to shake it at all, but to say an information that you as a customer are actively looking for, that you consciously want to perceive as "no, so THAT would be too much" is unfair."
=> again, I completely agree with you and once again aptly put!
"Points in the eternal discussion where I don't feel taken seriously and see no understanding on the part of Migros"
=> you're not the only one! Migros should perhaps start thinking about this... and instead of looking for "excuses"/excuses in meaningless phrases, maybe finally do something
It has the applicator= easier to insert. You don't "just" have to use your finger, you can use the applicator. This is incredibly good. e.g. on the go - where the sink is not directly near the toilet... It's more hygienic, more comfortable... some need it, some don't need it at all... Simply a can, not a "must".
