I wanted to update the app on the Samsung Galaxy Tag 4.
But I can't find an update or any reference to the new Disney characters in the app itself!
And when I search in the Play Store, it says the new app is not compatible for this device!
Could that be the case? Or what am I doing wrong?

Thank you very much for your efforts!
I can now install the app on the tablet again and it works.
Unfortunately, I have noticed that when I have scanned the figure under one user, it is not activated for the other users of the device.
And by trying around, installing, uninstalling on tablet and phone, I have "lost activations" (only works 5x) and can now no longer activate the characters on the account for my daughter.
So she will still have to listen to the stories on my phone... or can I reverse the activation there?
It's just a shame because she has all the gnomes and other characters on her tablet!

Yes you can reactivate it, please send me the code by e-mail (migros-helpline@migros.ch)of the figures you want to have reinstalled and I will try to find a solution for you as soon as possible.
