the m budget offer can be found at the bottom of many comparison platforms and is often only rated as sufficient. in addition, the technology provided by m budget is absolutely outdated and has no place on the market in this form.
there is enough feedback from customers here and on the net to confirm this. but thanks to the good reporting in recent weeks and months, you will feel the effects sooner or later. it's a shame for the migros brand.

We had a problem with the Mini and Maxi One subscriptions, but we have since been able to rectify this. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize to all those affected. Of course, satisfied customers are very important to us.
Understandably, the disruption also resulted in an unusually high number of customers contacting the hotline. By increasing the resources on the hotline, the situation has now returned to normal and customer concerns are being answered as usual.

We know Migros as a reliable brand that only offers things that work smoothly. That's why we decided to switch from another provider to M-Budget Mobile without any prior research on the Internet.
The phone number should have been activated three days ago, but unfortunately this has not yet happened. Every time we called, we were told that it would be activated in the next few hours. The activation of a telephone number should actually run smoothly and not take days. Questions about the cause of the problem are not properly addressed. Furthermore, the waiting times on the hotline often exceed 15 minutes.
I would have expected Migros to announce in the Kassensturz program that the problems would be solved in a week's time and that this would actually be the case. I can't understand why more than two months later the same problems are still there.
As we have not received any information from M-Budget Mobile about the cause or the duration of the problems, I hope to receive an answer from you.
