On Saturday, I asked two branches what was going on. I haven't been able to reach anyone at M-Budget for days. One employee told me that they were having problems with these new subscriptions, Mini One, etc. and that the hotline was therefore overloaded.
At the other Migros branch, I was told that B-Budget had been totally overrun by new customers because the combined offer for Internet, landline and TV is so cheap and there have been promotions such as half price for the first 6 months, etc.. There has been no chance of reaching anyone for a while now, I have to stay on hold for at least 1 hour and wait. They are in the process of hiring new employees.

Performance costs something and professional services cost a little more. They say "stinginess is cool", but the reliability of the provider and a good service for a few bucks more is "cooler".

For example, you can put together a rather cheap combination offer, but you pay the landline telephone charges per call. It all depends on your needs. You can't compare such providers one-to-one anyway. I paid 20 more with Swisscom and the customer service wasn't good, but above all I've been very happy with M-Budget so far and haven't had any problems. Nor do I have any now. You simply can't reach anyone on the hotline, which is unacceptable if you have a real problem, no matter what the price!

The services are always different (speed, TV offer, additional costs). No offer is identical to another.

I would also be interested to know why customers are kept on hold for hours and why no e-mail is available. A customer service team that can be contacted by email is so practical. Such inquiries could also be processed, resolved and answered during off-peak hours or at night, which would relieve the call center.
The service provided by my ISP is like night and day compared to Migros. I wait 5 minutes in the loop when things get tough, get competent information and / or temporary subscription changes immediately. Recently I was charged Roamicng fees even though I wasn't abroad, which I could have proved. It wasn't even necessary, I received a credit note after a short conversation. Other providers apparently manage to offer a good service and don't constantly attract negative media attention, which is almost a permanent state of affairs at Migros. Internet and communication is something you want to be able to rely on these days. Does Migros not understand this or does it really not care whether customers are satisfied as long as they pay?
