Hello Migros team, I would like to find out how far the almond milk process has progressed. I and the community have been waiting soooo long... Now another year has passed and it's still not on the shelves :-(
Hello Migros team, I would like to find out how far the almond milk process has progressed. I and the community have been waiting soooo long... Now another year has passed and it's still not on the shelves :-(
There is a rice drink with almonds... but I don't understand why the product is not being launched in the Migros Aare cooperative????

Yes, there is a new organic rice drink called Almond aha! I discovered it in the Migros Eastern Switzerland region.
Congratulations on the fact that at least this product is now available.
I just hope that Migros moves forward and listens to the many requests mentioned and manages to include an almond milk in its range.
In the meantime, I have switched to almond milk, as it has recently become available at Coop.
Congratulations on the fact that an Alnatura Almond Drink is now available in Migros. But what annoys me is why is the Alnatura Almond Drink offered in the Tetra Brik® Aseptic packaging?
I have often found that this packaging is not dimensionally stable. The corners can often be so compressed that, even if the drink does not leak from the outside, there is a risk that the inner polyethylene layer will be punctured. The problem is that this can lead to an infection on the inside and make the product undrinkable. So be careful before you put the pack in the shopping bag. It is very susceptible!
I find the Tetra Prisma® Aseptic packaging, as used for the Coop almond drink, much more stable and have never had any problems with it during shopping or transportation.
I hope Alnatura will switch from the useless Tetra Brik® packaging to the much better Tetra Prisma® packaging!
Hardly believe Loxiran:
1) this is the international packaging of Alnatura milk (but also in Germany)
2) I hardly think that extra packaging will be made for Switzerland
I find the current packaging a lot better than the almond milk packaging from Coop....
@EEnergy
Of course my input goes to Alnatura that they are considering changing the packaging in Germany.
What experiences have you had with the packaging? When I carry the Alnatura packaging in my rucksack or put it at the bottom of my shopping bag, it soon looks like this:
I've never had any problems with the Coop packaging, I can stack quite a few of them in a rucksack without them crushing.

Hello Loxiran
Thank you for your thoughts on packaging. I'll be happy to pass your input on to the people at Alnatura. However, as EEnergy has already mentioned, we can only have a limited influence on this.
But who knows: maybe the packaging is not just an issue here but for many other almond drink fans. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the packaging might be adapted at some point.
Best regards
Tanja
Hello Tanja, thank you very much for forwarding this. Yes, it's clear that "we" don't have much influence on Alnatura. But it's better to make it "public" than to just make a fist of it.
I would therefore like to add that I don't like the SlimCap™ 1000 seal on the Alnatura packaging either.
When opening this foil flap of the SlimCap closure, there is a very high risk of the contents spilling out and it is much more awkward to use...
than with the StreamCap™ 1000, as used in the Coop packaging.
Thank you very much!
