I am an absolute smoothie fan. To make really healthy smoothies, you can't do without the greens. Kale would be perfect for this. Hardly any American smoothie recipe can do without kale. I've been looking for this miracle kale in Switzerland for some time now. That would be something for your super range :) Is there a reason why kale is nowhere to be found in Switzerland? How about shock-frozen kale as an alternative?
