Now I've actually lost my tongue! There is now a high protein butter in 9500. I can't believe how far humanity has come. Just eat a piece of cheese, quark, meat, fish, pulses, etc., then you have your healthy source of protein.
You really don't need butter like that! Instead, our beloved "normal" products have to go just to make room for such junk on the shelf. The sales clerk also said that they all just shook their heads. Nobody can understand that............

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. More of the "Hugh Protein" stuff.
You've introduced YOU, you've introduced LEGERE, M-Classic (great thing compliment) and a few others too.
Why don't you just leave it at those brands? You could simply write "NEW with 20% more protein" on the pack (as you do with light products with 20% less fat)
There are also protein tablets for those who are "lazy to eat" or simply vegan and lactose intolerant and allergic to legumes.
But that's just a side note.
Hello everyone, there is a circle of fans for each of our products and fortunately tastes are different. It would be boring the other way round, wouldn't it?
Oh! High Protein Butter is a new addition to the butter range. It is a substitute for butter and has a high protein content and a lower fat content. This new product is perfect for customers who want to add more protein to their diet and are watching their fat intake.
Here is some information about it:
Product description:
Blend of natural Swiss butter with valuable whey protein
High protein content (21 %)
60 % less fat (fat content 32 %)
How can you consume this butter?
The new Oh! High Protein Butter has a creamy consistency and can be used in a variety of ways:
- as a spread for a protein-rich breakfast or as a snack
- for cold dishes (refining canapés, sandwiches, for dessert specialties and mousse)
- for baking and sometimes also for hot dishes: protein-rich cakes, tarts, muffins
- for seasoning hot dishes.
With this product, we are meeting a major customer need. I think it's a shame that we can't convince you with it now. But I'm sure we'll inspire you with other new products in the future.
Best regards, Sina
Thumbs down! Customer need? You really don't have to offer anything like that. I'd rather take the fat-reduced margarine and eat a piece of cheese, or quark or etc.....
No, this is simply a totally unnecessary product! It's bad enough that Migros is putting something like this on the market! And, above all, that really good products are disappearing again because of such an unnecessary product. A big shake of the head! And one more request, please stop justifying everything!
just because you are not one of the customers that the oh! range appeals to... there are plenty of people who are very likely to be happy about this butter because there is virtually no comparable product, or rather none that i know of. i don't think you can compare "a piece of cheese" with butter just because it is also rich in protein.
it's a shame that you always have to demonize everything without having tried it. migros is literally forced to adapt to today's nutritional trends and the times. you certainly won't starve because this butter is new in the range and another product may have to make way for it.
How can you judge me like that when you don't even know me and don't know what I eat or what circle I belong to? My only point is that it is simply paradoxical to add extra protein to butter. Period. At the end of the day, we have extra protein in every food, and it can't be that.
I wish you a wonderful and reassuring weekend.
There are many people who attach great importance to the macronutrient distribution and may have avoided butter due to various diets or simply because of the lack of protein content.
Due to my lifestyle, I also pay attention to a relatively high protein content per day and many products from Oh! are a great addition in my opinion!
As I generally like butter, but have hardly ever consumed it because of its nutritional value, I really appreciate this product.

Let's assume you spread 20g of butter on your bread every day:
20g butter: 16.4g fat
20g high protein butter: 6.4g fat / 4.2g protein
In other words, you are consuming so little protein that you could go straight for a half-fat butter. The addition of protein is more or less useless unless you eat 100g of butter a day.
