Oh, I'm a "normal eater" but I like to think outside the box. It's more the tenfold version of a product that reduces variety. And I don't think such a product takes anything away from dry goods, why do you need them?
I mainly use them as a sustainable cheese alternative, but they are super versatile:)
Enough, because of you we "normal eaters" have to do without more and more old and good products. 😒 😞 😔 😠
'normal eaters'. 🤦 i think it's great to live in a time when more and more plant-based alternatives are being offered. i can finally eat a soy-based yogurt without having any problems afterwards. but if you don't know that, rollimaus, i understand that you can't just broaden your horizons.

i had a vegan fondue in a restaurant in winter. is it possible that this was made from it? it was delicious!

I use them to season salad dressings and soups, and they are also used in the BoE needs-based diet. I don't need them as a cheese substitute.......

Oh yes, why? It said, among other things, what you need it for, not everyone knows it and I didn't ask about it. Oh well, it's a vegan cheese substitute :) PS: Coop has it. Hah. And Coop Vitality is the one Indios is talking about, Dr. Ritter. good to know :)
Theoretically yes, but in practice I haven't found them in the larger Coop stores either, you probably have to go to the health food store.

Are the yeast flakes now available in Alnatura? I would like to try them.
