Hi Traberli Unfortunately, Famigros now only offers a 5x coupon for birthdays. In recent years, Cumulus has created more and more opportunities to collect multiple points so that our customers can benefit and save. These different offers are very much appreciated and actively used by many of our customers. Of course, you will continue to have the opportunity to benefit from very advantageous offers from Cumulus and Famigros in the future. Best regards Peter

Thanks Peter, that's not quite true. I don't use many coupons because I don't want the product or it's not suitable at the moment because I've just bought something similar. And what use are the other coupons if the things I want are no longer there? So many things disappear that I really appreciated. The 5x 10x and of course the 2.3x coupons are brilliant because they simply apply to the whole purchase. That's just the way it is. But thanks for the prompt reply. It's not the fault of the individual employees that so many products disappear and other good ones no longer appear. Although there are some good ones. But you have to keep testing something new, WHY? I have found my Bellena that I tolerate well.... And that's the way it is with lots of things. You don't want to keep testing new things, you also need some things that stay the same. Budget is slowly disappearing and that's sad.

I've never received a 5 or 10 times voucher either. But I think it's because I'm alone and therefore can't apply for "Famigros" ;-) The offers for "singles" are unfortunately in short supply. Happy Birthday Confiseur :-)

You write that you receive a bin for each child. I received my son's in February, a month before his birthday. I'm still waiting for the one for my daughter, whose birthday is in 7 days... What could be the reason? Only one birthday present per month from Migros? Stupid that my kids' birthdays are only a week apart....

This coupon will be digitally uploaded to your Cumulus account approximately one month before your child's birthday. You can check online in the "Digital coupons" section under "Redeemed" whether the 5x coupons have already been used. Alternatively, you can of course contact cumulus@migros.ch or 0848 85 0848 directly to check whether and when the coupons have been activated. Kind regards Sofia
