I have to agree with you, the bars taste completely different. My little son Nino, who loves the Apple Choc Farmer more than anything, spat the bar out again. When I tried a piece, I also realized that something was wrong. Had the recipe been changed? Surely that can't happen with such a popular product?

I was afraid it was the switch away from palm oil - sorry Migros, but you have to do it WELL. Not so larifari and then say, yes, you see, it was better WITH palm oil. That way people get the impression that palm oil is something really great, that everything tastes better. The reviews of the "Traditions Guezli" are also shocking - since the palm oil has been removed and with butter they all find them disgusting. Wow. We've come so far... ... So please revise the recipe again, I believe in you. Other companies can do it too.

I think that's great and it might just take a few attempts, a few changes, it's certainly not easy. But I definitely commend you for making the change, keep it up and I'm sure it will be good. It's scary how even children spit out everything else except palm oil, how conditioned you already are after it, if they knew how animals suffer for it... keep up the good work and toitoitoitoi. For me, it means finally buying Migros Farmer again - yay!

In fact, many people - probably especially younger people - no longer know what natural things should taste like and find recipes with traditional ingredients such as butter disgusting. Yes, you might have to get used to the taste of butter again. I didn't know anything else for decades because my mother baked everything (except bread) herself. That's why I can hardly get many of the palm oil-contaminated baked goods down, or at least I have the feeling that they taste like nothing. I can therefore only welcome these changes. I'm already looking forward to the new palm oil-free Grand Mère Christmas cookies (unfortunately my mother is now too old to bake them herself and I don't have the time or patience).
