With double scanning, the first swipe of the card is for the Cumulus points and the second time is for the Famigros offer. This is comparable to an EAN code on the Migros coupons - this is also a separate, additional offer that must also be scanned separately.
We are working on a solution and hope to be able to adapt this soon.
