ESTATHE iced tea

ESTATHE Eistee

EstaThe

Good evening

Many years ago I was in Italy and was allowed to try ESTATHE. The iced tea is really very good and I took many packs home with me?

Unfortunately, you can only buy this iced tea very rarely in Switzerland; it is currently only available in the Selecta online store, where it costs quite a lot and shipping costs extra.

Coop doesn't seem to want to include the iced tea in its range, so I only have Migros left and as it sells Ferrero products anyway, it could perhaps offer the iced tea more cheaply as a bulk buyer.

You might think that Migros already has enough good iced teas, but the taste of the iced tea here is simply very different to the other iced teas from Migros, which are also very good in their own way?

I and certainly many other customers would love to be able to buy this iced tea. There is a post in the Migipedia forum from 2013 without an answer. It would be really great if Migros could offer the small cups or even the 1.5L bottles. There are certainly many fans of this iced tea and Migros would have a product that is only available from them.

There is an iced tea with lemon and an iced tea with peach.

Best regards
Bascolo

Hello @Bascolo

If Migros were really to include this product in its range, it would be competing with its own iced tea range.

In addition, space would have to be created - in other words, other products would have to make way for the new iced tea. What products do you suggest that could be removed from the range so that your Italian can be put on the Migros shelves?

Greetings from AlMiDeCoLi

Great, Cham is near me, there's even a popcorn drink? Thanks :)

Hello Bascolo, thank you very much for your contribution. We will be happy to pass on your suggestion to our drinks department. Unfortunately, we can't promise you whether it will actually work out with the addition to our range. AsAlMiDeCoLi has already said, we already have a cult iced tea in our range that tastes like no other ;-). However, we are always open to product suggestions, which is why we will of course inform the ice tea specialists. Best regards, Milena

I can't understand why Migro doesn't include Estathe in its range! Three years ago, Ottos had the half-liter bottles on offer, people bought it pallet white and within two days all Ottos stores were sold out.

Hello @Bascolo, thank you for the detailed report. We are familiar with this iced tea and understand your wish. However, we already have a large range of own-brand iced teas that are doing very well. In order to add a new product, we would have to remove a tried and tested one from our range to make room on the shelves. This would disappoint fans of the current range, which we obviously don't want to do. For these reasons, it is rather unlikely that we will be adding a new product in the near future. I'm sure you understand that. Best regards, Tamara

Of course I can understand that, the only option left is for LeShop to take up the product. They also have other people's products.

There is also good iced tea "made in Switzerland", why import it unnecessarily and in an environmentally harmful way?

It's also nice when you can look forward to THE iced tea on vacation in Italy. Then it's something special. If you could buy it here every day, it's no longer special...

And yes, my kids also love Estathé - and look forward to it especially during the vacations - and then take a few bottles home with them.... ;)

Now some time has passed and many new drinks have been introduced, what about this summer? I like Migros iced tea too, but you want a change from time to time. For anyone who lives near Aarau, there's a Sapori at the station next to the Coop, which offers Estathe.

Hello Bascolo. We have a ready selection of different iced teas under our own brand Kult Ice Tea. We are therefore not currently planning to introduce another brand in the iced tea range. We will make a note of your request. Should we change our plans, we will be happy to review this offer. Best regards, Tamara

I saw the Estathe yesterday in the SPAR at Berninaplatz in Zurich-Oerlikon.
