I miss pickles without sugar. Is there something planned? It was an issue some time ago. Unfortunately, the budget no longer exists (I haven't received an answer yet).

I think pickled gherkins or gherkins without sugar would be great too, I don't need sugar in pickled gherkins/cornichons.

That's why it's incomprehensible that the budget pickles have disappeared. At least they had sweetener and no sugar.
Anyone who has ever preserved vegetables in vinegar knows that they become far too sour without sugar. So pure vinegar really is almost impossible.

For me, sweetener is even worse than sugar. That's why I don't want to buy these cucumbers.

Okay, fine. But honestly, how much sugar ends up in a cucumber like this? Does that really matter? You'd have to eat kilos of cucumbers to get that much sugar.
