I will soon have my first apartment of my own and am thinking about buying the m budget mini. What are your experiences with the customer service and in general?

I've had the Budget mini subscription for a good year now and am completely satisfied. I had a problem with the remote control once, but the problem was solved quickly. The connection worked really well and I really like the fact that I can arrange the channels in my own order.
So my experience with it has been good. Lg
I don't have it myself, but colleagues of mine do and have been very happy with it so far. They've never had any major problems either...

if you just want basic bare internet, then this is definitely not a bad choice.
if you still want a cell phone and tv, then it's worth doing the math and getting informed.
do you have a classic TV or would it be enough for you to watch TV via an app?
if the app is enough for you, then there is zattoo orwilmaa as an alternative. the costs are around 10.- per month.
this is probably the cheapest option.

if you don't need the antenna connection (coax), you can save another 25.- here if necessary
do you have a fiber optic connection? i don't know what the current situation is, but for a long time you were forced to have a landline number in order to have internet - i don't think that's the case anymore
