Hello countrygirly
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are delighted that you are so happy with our Ellen Amber range. I will be happy to let the product managers know.
@moz: Thank you also for your feedback. I can also pass this on to those responsible so that they can point it out to the suppliers.
Kind regards

hello Tanja
and at the moment there's 40% off the laundry range again, which is great.
why should i pay more just for a brand name?
what i also like is that the laundry comes from europe, because not everything has to come from china.
Well, well, at ellen amber a lot of things come from China and are packaged in ALU!!! Since when do you have to protect underwear from light and foreign odors????

I assume that the aluminum packaging refers to those products that are sold seasonally under the additional labels "Keep Warm" (autumn/winter) and "Keep Cool". These are not only available for women (under the "Ellen Amber" brand), but also for men ("John Adams") and come from China. Part of the packaging actually seems to be made of aluminum - at least in terms of appearance. I remember searching the packaging for a reference to this, but found nothing. Unfortunately, I no longer have the packaged product, so I can't look again - but I think I remember that I only found a reference to "plastic".

Hello Tanja
Can you please find out for us all what the packaging of the "Keep Warm"/"Keep Cool" lines is made of? And if aluminum is used, why?
Thank you very much!

Hello everyone
The clarifications have taken a little longer, I'm sorry. However, I have now received the following information about the aluminum in the packaging:
The packaging is coated with a very thin layer of aluminum powder. This extremely small amount of aluminum is absolutely harmless and not harmful to health. Like PET, aluminum can also be recycled. Only a small amount of energy is required to recycle pure aluminum.
We use this type of packaging because it has a high protection factor against the effects of light, odor absorption and moisture.
Kind regards
