Why I'm still here I've been asking myself since the day before yesterday, I actually had the illusion that certain things would change here after all, was probably wishful thinking and read Dualle comments, if it's supposedly nothing against my person, then why do these people regularly pick on me, I'm fed up with everything. There are users here who are allowed to do anything.

Maybe because your behavior is annoying?
I can't see any comments here that are aimed at YOU, only those that are generally worded or directed at other people.
It's not always the others' fault. And as far as I know, these constant reposts are against the rules, and you allow them.
I'm just wondering if you really see yourself as a victim or are just pretending to.

...so my behavior is disturbing, I'm sorry that I love you,
what do you actually expect, you are looking for someone to take your frustration out on and then you take it out on me,
it's clear that I'm a....hole for you, by the way what new registration, unlike certain other users in here, I only have 1 profile (I change names whenever and as often as I want). I didn't ask any of you for your "bullying" comment, it's a pity what Migipedia has become because of some of you.

Criticism of your behavior is not criticism of your existence.
Or have you never heard of impulse control?
And comments - including yours - can't simply be ignored.

Why do you write on my posts at all if you're not interested and I'm passing you by.... past you. Just leave me alone, I don't need fake people.

Criticism is also not disinterest (and being honest does not mean only saying pleasant things, by the way).
But that doesn't seem to resonate with you.

I can take criticism, it's the way it's put across, why should I bother here, I've been (pre-)judged by some of you, even though nobody really knows me, but that's probably due to the times we live in, thinking on my nose.

Has my question been lost? I would appreciate it if someone from the community managers could tell me what is allowed in Migipedia regarding the use of other people's images or text?
Thanks for your help
Concerning this discussion:
Re: Hooray, spring is here and the "pimeli" are sprouting:
I would be happy if a CommunityManager here could say what is allowed in Migipedia, regarding the use of other people's images or text?
If I understand the law correctly, you are allowed to quote other people's pictures and texts in Migipedia as long as the source or author is named?
Copyright law in Switzerland expressly provides for quotations (Art. 25 CopA). Quoting - for example by bloggers from other weblogs - does not require "permission to reuse" or any other authorization.
Copyright-protected content or works may be freely quoted in Switzerland in order to explain, illustrate or provide references to one's own statements. According to prevailing doctrine, quotations are possible for all categories of works, i.e. according to prevailing doctrine, image quotations can also be used and the right to quote is not limited exclusively to texts.
Legally compliant citation requires that there is a connection between the content and the quotations used. The scope of the quotation is determined by the purpose of the quotation and must always remain subordinate to your own content. Quotations must be recognizable as such and both the authorship and the source must be named. From a copyright point of view, however, it is not necessary to link authorship and source, but such a link is user-friendly for digital content, as it enables quick and easy access to the source.
Art. 25 Citations
1Publishedworks may be cited if the citation serves as an explanation, reference or illustration and the extent of the citation is justified by this purpose.
2The quotation as such and the source must be identified. If the authorship is referred to in the source, this must also be stated.
