I've had multiple shopping lists in the Migros app for some time now. How can I get rid of them? I must have 30-40 at least, all empty and all with the same name. It's annoying!

It can't be that it takes a month (!) to answer me where the problem is or when it will be fixed.

But that can take months ... especially if the provider has realized that their app is counterproductive and that their customers don't want to play.
"Structured" shopping lists are too cumbersome and are only used by people who have nothing intelligent to do in their lives.

Hello redjasmin
Unfortunately, the problem really seems to be that complex. However, I have now been informed by the technical department that this has been fixed. This means that shopping lists should no longer be generated automatically.
They are still trying to find out if there is a way to easily delete the previous lists (so you don't have to delete each one individually). For now, you could just work with one list and ignore the others.
Best regards
Tanja
Hundreds of "shopping lists" had also been generated for me.
I reported the problem on 30.09.2015 to migros@m-infoline.ch using the contact form.
On 02.10.2015 I received a reply that the surplus shopping lists had been deleted by the specialist department. Since then, the shopping list has been working normally again. It also works synchronously. I can select items on the web at products.migros.ch/offers and they are also immediately in the list in the app.
I think that's how the problem started in the first place. I was selecting items on the webpage when I noticed that the same items were not active in the app. Then I saw that there were several shopping lists. As I found it too annoying to delete every single surplus list (it seemed to me that there were no fewer), I used the contact form. "They will help you there" :-)
Hello @Phoenix
I had already manually deleted all the shopping lists. 30 seconds later they were all back. And I only ever used the app, never accessed them online. So it doesn't seem to be the same problem. (?)
Thanks for the tip anyway! I'll be sending a big complaint email soon anyway. I'm a programmer myself and can't understand why it takes SO LONG for a customer to get help.

Hello@redjasmin
I'm sorry, I thought the problem had been fixed long ago and the lists deleted.
I'll get in touch with the technical department immediately to find out what the problem is.
Best regards

Having it deleted by the specialist department has definitely helped me. Since then, I no longer have any unwanted shopping lists.
I recently created a second shopping list myself and renamed it. At first I had a bit of trouble changing the list on the app too, but in the end it worked.
I'm just not sure whether I deleted the original "shopping list" myself or whether it was automatically cleaned up because it was empty.
