I've had multiple shopping lists in the Migros app for some time now. How can I get rid of them? I must have 30-40 at least, all empty and all with the same name. It's annoying!

Hello@redjasmin
That is very strange. I can understand your annoyance. Do you have any idea how these empty lists came about? And can you tell us which smartphone and version you are using?
Thank you and best regards
Tanja
Hello
I have just deleted all lists (more like 100) by hand, renamed an existing list and started to fill it. With each addition of products it generated new lists again (the first 4, and my list was simply called "Purchasing" again, the renaming was undone).
After 5 products I had over 100 lists again. So this function is completely useless.

Many thanks@redjasminfordescribing the problem.
I agree with you, the list function is of course anything but useful. I will pass on your description to the technical team immediately and hope that they will find the problem quickly.

Hello@redjasmin
The technical managers have now found out where the error is coming from. However, the solutions they have tried so far do not seem to work yet.
As soon as I hear from them again, I'll be happy to get back to you.
Best regards

Tanja,
Such "apps" are complete nonsense ... made by people who don't know anything about shopping ...
When I go shopping, I certainly don't play around with my smartphone in the nearest shopping center. And that's not at all what Migros .... wants: a "smartphone stroker" who spends hours stroking his smartphone ... he doesn't buy anything!
Are these stupid IT freaks going to come up with the idea that Migros needs benches and free cake and coffee? Then there are teenagers in every corner of Migros who behave like opium addicts in ancient China with their smartphones in their hands.
I have my "shopping list" either on a notebook or on Evernote ... regardless of the store where I buy something. It can happen that an item is not available at Migros, but at the nearest Denner.
IT should make our lives easier, not more complicated.
Ask your old bosses if they still remember what it was like when there were still discount stamps .... and where old "Gottlieb" founded Migros and thus also dug the "grave" for the "discount stamps". In the next few years, there will be someone who will get rid of the card salad and the "app" nonsense.
At some point, your bosses will also realize that you can connect plastic cards ... and that you can't keep customers from shopping with silly gimmicks. A businessman with even a modicum of intelligence does not distract his customers from buying with stupid gimmicks. At some point, your bosses will also realize that people prefer to sit at home by the warm stove and play "smartphone", like in a corner of a Migros.

.... which is proven by esue's completely nonsensical, stupid, useless and meaningless comment.
@Better-Eater... YOU are welcome to continue stroking your smartphone like a drug addict stroking his heroin dose. However, there are now a lot of people who have realized that hundreds of "apps" are even easier to use than a bunch of loyalty cards and "reduction vouchers".
I shop "professionally" ... there's no interest in a stupid app that doesn't do me any good and only wastes my time. I can even pay much faster than you can with your stupid apps. My "cards" now weigh less than 12 g ... Your stupid smartphone weighs 10 times more and when that stupid thing runs out of battery ... you just look completely stupid.
I'm happy that YOU are wasting your time ... People who play around with "apps" and "stroke" their smartphones don't take jobs away from others! OK ... it's a bit "lax" that there's a "smartphone prankster" in almost every corner "tweeting" stupid stuff to his buddies ... but somehow you have to keep people busy and prevent them from becoming criminals. There have always been religions ... and I actually prefer the smartphone and the app you're worshipping, like when you sing pious little songs and "rejoice" ... if you then put on headphones and don't sing along ... then it's as quiet as in the forest when there are no stupid Nordic walkers making a racket. It's a real joy!!!
@deactivated user, please open your own topic if you want to complain.
My topic has absolutely nothing to do with a fundamental discussion about the app or the "smartphone generation".
PS: I would try a more decent tone, then maybe your concerns will be taken seriously.
@Tanja_Migros I would still like to know when this will be fixed.

Hello@redjasmin
Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything more from the technical managers, but I'll ask again for you straight away.
